It’s tortelli making time! This rendition of Evento’s signature pasta making party will be with filled pasta!
We are going to make a few tortelli shapes using different fillings such as creamy whipped ricotta and lemon. The filled pastas will be served with a butter sauce and a tomato sauce. Make pasta, eat pasta!
