Garganelli is a traditional pasta shape from Emilia Romagna. To make it, an egg dough (pasta all’uovo) is cut into small squares and rolled into a penne shape on a unique board. This pasta is versatile and pairs well with a variety of sauces, including mushroom white sauce, homemade pesto, tomato/basil sauce, or pork sausage Sardinian ragù. The choice is yours!
