Gnocchi
Potato gnocchi is a universally loved Italian dish. You’ll learn how to create the potato and flour dough from scratch. Then, we’ll form and cook the delicious little potato pillows. Once ready, the Gnocchi are served with a simple tomato/basil sauce or any of your other favorite sauces.
